30-DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and the item has not been used or installed, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Some exclusions apply, as detailed below.

  • Return items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with original packaging.
  • Custom products are non-refundable.
  • If the item you received is defective, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
  • If you experience issues with your item after 30 days, it will be covered under our warranty.

  • Email info@pewpewcustoms.com
  • Please provide the order number with your return request
  • Once we receive your request, we will issue you an RMA number for your return
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to the customer at their expense
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items
