SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIME

  • Rates and delivery times are based on the shipping option customer selected on checkout.

PACKAGE TRACKING

  • Upon shipment, we will send a tracking number to the customer via email. If you do not receive this, please contact us at info@pewpewcustoms.com. Please include the order number when contacting us.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be processed as standard returns. The product’s cost will be refunded; however, shipping and handling charges will not.
  • If a package that was undeliverable due to a customer error goes missing during its return, Pew Pew Customs is not accountable for the loss.

LOST PACKAGES

  • Should a package go missing due to our oversight, we will either offer a full refund or replace the lost item. If a package’s tracking status reads “Delivered”, Pew Pew Customs will not assume responsibility, irrespective of the purchase of initial order insurance. The insurance provider will decline such claims. Please liaise with the shipping carrier or local law enforcement in such cases.
  • Customers must ensure the accuracy and currency of the provided address. If an incorrect address results in a lost package, Pew Pew Customs cannot be held accountable.
